EASTERN HEAD NECK AND SHOULDERS MASSAGE

Also known as Indian Head Massage (Eastern Head Neck and Shoulders Massage is a better description in our opinion) it is not really used by us as a therapy as such more a stress buster or a quick fix. Seated in a chair for this one, no oil is used and no clothing need be removed. It is ideal as an introduction to complementary medicine – simple but effective! It will deal very effectively with a stiff neck, shoulders or a headache caused by tension in the neck area. For more serious neck and shoulder issues we prefer to use remedial massage or trigger point therapy and for head problems such as headaches, migraines, sinusitis we tend to use Reflexology for a permanent or long term solution. However this therapy is most suitable for the work place, demonstrations, Mind Body Spirit Festivals and places where removing clothes would be inappropriate.

Sessions last approximately 30 minutes and cost £20
